About the Role Working closely with the Sales Team and alongside a dedicated Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring sales campaigns run seamlessly from appraisal through to exchange. Key responsibilities include: Providing high-level administrative support to the Sales Team Preparing appraisal packs, proposals, quotes, and sales calendars Creating OFI packs & Auction preparation Assisting with exchanges and preparation/printing of sales documentation Delivering a consistently high level of internal service with strong attention to detail and deadline management Building positive, productive relationships across the wider team You will be well supported by dedicated reception, accounts, and office management, allowing you to focus on excelling in your role.
